Each room at No11 Cadogan gardens
are individually decorated so imagine my excitement at check in
wondering which room I would be staying in ! I was not disappointed…a
stunning suite with soft beige colours exuding a blend of vintage
glamour with a touch of technology was waiting for me. Extremely
spacious, bright and cosy, the perfect setting for the romantic weekend.
After check in, we headed to Knightbridge and then back to Kings Road,
Sloane Square for some shopping.
Our bathroom was a mix between Victorian style with the marble, the bathtub and modernism with the rain shower and Molton Brown
amenities. I could not resist taking a long relaxing bath before
heading out for dinner. The towels and bathrobes were incredibly soft
and fluffy…so luxurious !
The night spent in this room was so relaxing…even though the hotel is
located in central London, we could not hear a noise from outside 0r
from the rooms adjacent. The bed was extremely large and comfortable so
waking up was not an easy task to do… therefore to stay a little bit
longer in the room, we ordered our breakfasts to be delivered at
10.30am.
The little dining area was large enough to host breakfast for two.
The room service menu offers a choice of continental and cooked
breakfast. We enjoyed our selection of pastries, porridge fruits,…
however, we thought the portions were a bit frugal…
This property is just so charming and welcoming, the staff were
excellent and professional. It features a stylish restaurant, a
very glamorous cocktail bar, stunning drawing room, relaxing library,
outside terrace, gymnasium and intimate meeting and event space. It is
not difficult to loose yourself in this charming hotel and forget about
the outside world… truly a “home away from home” boutique hotel.
